I started therapy with Mimi having never had therapy before, and not knowing what to expect. However, from start to finish the time spent with Mimi was fantastic. She took the time to listen and understand what was bothering me, what I wanted to achieve, and helped me come to an outcome that felt right for me. At no point did I feel rushed, or pressured and I have come away with a greater understanding of my mental health, exercises I can follow and ways I can help myself. I’ve also come away with a plan for the future, which feels realistic. I cannot recommend Mimi highly enough. I could not recommend Mimi enough. I found her online and we arranged an initial consultation whereby I instantly knew I wanted to work with her – she is warm, compassionate and empathetic whilst practical and extremely effective in her methods. I had 14 sessions over the course of around 6 months and I would look forward to them every time because I knew I would feel so much better coming out of them. It felt like we were a real team and all the work and progress made has completely changed my life and way of thinking. Thank you for everything Mimi!
