I started therapy with Mimi having never had therapy before, and not knowing what to expect. However, from start to finish the time spent with Mimi was fantastic. She took the time to listen and understand what was bothering me, what I wanted to achieve, and helped me come to an outcome that felt right for me. At no point did I feel rushed, or pressured and I have come away with a greater understanding of my mental health, exercises I can follow and ways I can help myself. I’ve also come away with a plan for the future, which feels realistic. I cannot recommend Mimi highly enough. She has helped me immeasurably and I feel very grateful that I contacted her in the first place.
