A 4 week course to help you manage the stress in your life

Learn practical skills (including mindfulness, relaxation, tools from cognitive behavioural therapy and other evidence-based techniques) to help you deal with the stress in your life.

A 4-week course:

  • come along to all 4 weeks and learn a comprehensive set of skills;
  • alternatively, each session will be standalone (focussing on a different area each week) so, if you only come along to 1 or 2, you will still benefit

Next course begins Thursday 24th January 2019 in New Malden

Course begins Thursday, 24th January 2019, 7pm - 8.15pm at The Graham Spicer Institute in New Malden.

Eventbrite - Stress Reduction Course

Tickets cost £12.50 per session, or £40 for all 4 sessions (please book in advance so I can keep track of numbers).  Cost includes worksheets, e-book and recordings of key exercises.

You can come along to as many sessions as you like.  You will learn most if you come to all 4, but it doesn't matter if you can't make them all.  You can join at any time during the course.
